Advertise Job Vacancies
Advertise Job Vacancies
Where do you advertise your job vacancies?
There are many places to advertise your job vacancies if you have a computer and internet access you can start right away. There are many places to advertise your jobs online, im sure you have heard of the big names on the internet, the problem with these companys is that they charge alot of money for listing jobs, this can be very expensive when you are a large company and have many job vacancies to fill. Some do offer a discount when submitting a large amount of job vacancies. If you are a local business you need to be advertising your jobs locally and with that inmind this will insure you reach your target audience.
With the current climate at the moment there are not enough jobs out there for job seekers, there is far to much demand for jobs, so with this in mind you may have alot of applicants applying for the same job. This is good news for the employer but not so good for the job seeker.
As a employer myself i always advertise my job vacancies locally, and try not to use the big companys in the business, one because there job listing fees are way out of my budget and two i dont think you are reaching the right audience for your job vacancy.
This may work for some large companys and recruitment agencies, but dont forget they have very deep pockets, and when your listing your job vacancies locally you are giving something back to your community.
Why not advertise job vacancies locally visit our website today and reach thousands of job seekers in essex.

Free Home Business In Affiliate Marketing
Free Home Business In Affiliate Marketing
Many of us dream of being our own bosses. The lure of big money and flexible work hours is quite attractive. However, many are afraid to venture out on their own. They fear that they do not have the capital required to get a business started or they don’t want to loose the security of their day job.
The solution could be starting a home business. The truth of the matter is that you can start your home business with no money at all. Ask yourself this, do you have a spare room or space in your house. Do you have a computer with an internet connection? Do you have a phone line? If you have these three things you have the essentials of an office from which your home business can be made.
Affiliate marketing can be a great way for you to get started in your home business. Affiliate marketing will provide you with the opportunity to sell either a product or a service. With low capital and little space you may want to concentrate on services.
Once you have made the decision, you need to evaluate your skills. What services can you offer and what skills can you bring. Many people start of with affiliate marketing programs from major search engines. If you’re good at website design, you could register your page with someone such as yahoo publisher. This way your site will get traffic with the help of the search engine Yahoo. If yours is a sales website, your traffic could translate into increased sales. The more exposure to your site the better.
The other thing you can try to do is attract traffic to other sites. Retail sites such as Amazon and EBay have affiliate marketing programs. If you can generate traffic and increase sales then you make money. Both programs offer ways to increase revenues through links and blogs. These are usually free and worth using. Remember, the more you make the more they make.
Finally, your site can make money in another way. When it is posted on sites such as yahoo publisher or Google ad sense, there will be ads placed. Whenever a visitor clicks on an ad you make money. The more clicks the more cash. The operators take care of all the advertising costs and placement. They also try to place appropriate ads to your page. If you’re selling rare books ads for fish food are not likely going to get clicked.
If you want to start working for yourself but feel you don’t have the money then you’re wrong. If you have a computer and space to put it then you have all you need. You can also start you home business and work it around your job. You can gradually commit more time as your home business grows.
If you’re tired of your job and really want to work for yourself then stop making excuses and do it. Though affiliate marketing programs and selling services you will find that having your home business is easier than you think. All it takes is time and a commitment to succeed. By taking advanantage of the affiliate marketing programs that are currently available, you can make money and improve your own marketing skills. Remember, you can always expand into other areas and venture out totally on your own later. Right now, get marketing and get clicking.
Accounting Jobs On the Internet
Accounting Jobs On the Internet
Finding accounting jobs net-works online is relatively easy. In fact, if you are looking for an accounting job, then the internet is where you should be looking. This is simply because the net opens up a vast number of opportunities and as we all know, the more the number of opportunities, the greater the scope and the greater the probability of securing your dream job.
Where to Do
The internet has a whole range of accounting jobs for you, but there is a catch – you need to know where to look for them and you need to know how to market yourself properly. After all, it is a fiercely competitive industry out there and you need to have an edge over the competition, or at least convince prospective employers that you do!
So what exactly is it that you have to do to get accounting jobs online?
First, refine your horizons. Confused? Well, I’m talking about limiting yourself to the particular area where you are looking for a job. You might get extremely lucrative jobs – but say, in far off places such as the UAE – but you might not be able to take them. So define the area first and then advertise your services to prospective employers in that area.
Next, post your resume in as many job portals as you can. Don’t limit yourself to only financial and accounting job portals. Try out everything, you never know where you will strike gold and it might just be from an unexpected source. In fact, many times, there are accounting vacancies which you may take up.
Where to Look
Another unlikely place to look in is the websites of local schools and colleges. These sites often contain information about accounting jobs which the institution posts for their students and graduates to apply. Try it – there isn’t any harm in doing so, is there? You may send a separate application to the companies concerned, too. You might just make it!
Jobs in accounting require not just smart searching, but also smart presenting. You need to present yourself as best as you can. This translates to you writing a clever resume. Make yourself look as good as possible, while at the same time, not coming across as pompous. A tad bit hard, that, but it is something that you really need to do.
If you’ve made bad career moves, don’t neglect to mention them, but don’t highlight them either, make sure only your good career decisions come to the fore. Bypassing your bad moves altogether is also not a good idea, just in case you were thinking of doing that! Accounting jobs net employment is a really great idea for your accounting career and don’t let anyone else convince you otherwise! Go and find some accountings jobs net –works today!

Year-End Tax Tips for Independent Contractors and Self-Employed Individuals Who Need Income Tax Relief
Year-End Tax Tips for Independent Contractors and Self-Employed Individuals Who Need Income Tax Relief
With the recession and surging unemployment swelling the ranks of people reinventing themselves, millions of taxpayers are setting up home-based businesses and providing their services as self-employed independent contractors. Whether your new self-employed independent contractor status is a temporary measure or part of your long-planned road map to fortune and glory, there are tax dangers (plus surprisingly lucrative income tax relief) that should grab the attention of every self-employed independent contractor.
We know the IRS is targeting self-employed independent contractors. The government estimates that 85% of the 5 billion tax gap is due to self-employed individuals – freelance professionals and independent contractors who don’t get a 1099 the way large business employees do. Being a self-employed independent contractor means you’re the boss, unfortunately it also means you’re the one on the hook for any problems with back taxes. How you handle your back tax problems will not only determine whether your business will succeed, but it also carries the real threat of jail time if you get it wrong.
To learn more ways to legitimately maximize deductions while avoiding IRS problems, check out Part 2 of this series on Tax Help Tips for Saving Money on Taxes for Freelance Professionals and Self-Employed Individuals.
Read on for my best year-end tax help tips to show self-employed independent contractors how to get the biggest income tax relief possible.
Self-Employed Independent Contractor Year-End Income Tax Relief Tip #1: Did you owe back taxes because you made a mistake in your quarterly estimated taxes? If you’ve spent your life working as an employee, you may be delighted that the first money you receive as a self-employed independent contractor is a flat fee without any taxes taken out. But your joy should be short-lived, this is a case of the taxman being delayed but not denied. To get a preliminary idea about self-employment taxes check out http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/article/0,,id=98846,00.html. Before you start, you should contact a tax attorney to make sure you have structured your business correctly. If you haven’t gotten tax help from a tax attorney yet, there is still time to structure your business to get the maximum income tax relief before the year end. (After that you’re stuck with your mistakes. Well, mostly. A good tax attorney or tax resolution specialist can still get you out of back tax trouble, but the best approach is to avoid owing back taxes in the first place.)
Self-Employed Independent Contractor Year-End Income Tax Relief Tip #2: Are YOU really a self-employed independent contractor? Many businesses (large and small) mislabel their employees as “self-employed independent contractors” to get income tax relief and sidestep a host of state and federal laws. The IRS has a comprehensive page to help determine whether you’re an employee or a true self-employed independent contractor: http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/. If your boss has you misclassified as a self-employed independent contractor and you file as one, you could be in a heap of trouble when the IRS comes knocking on either your door or your boss’s door to collect back taxes. Suddenly, all those lovely deductions go out the window and your tax bill explodes. If you feel your boss has misclassified you as a self-employed independent contractor, contact a tax attorney or tax resolution specialist immediately for some self-employed independent contractor back tax help before the year ends.
Self-Employed Independent Contractor Year-End Income Tax Relief Tip #3: Are your subcontractors really self-employed independent contractors or are THEY employees? While you may be a true self-employed independent contractor, you need to establish whether your subcontractors are self-employed independent contractors or employees. According to IRS Summertime Tax Tip 2009-20, “the cost of misclassification to employers in additional taxes, as well as administrative time, or the loss of tax-favored status for employee benefit plans, can be steep.” If you’re not sure, contact a tax attorney or tax resolution specialist to get tax help immediately.
Self-Employed Independent Contractor Year-End Income Tax Relief Tip #4: Want to get income tax relief on your 2009 self-employed independent contractor work by delaying paying taxes until 2011? For a host of income tax relief reasons, a self-employed independent contractor might want to defer getting paid until next year. If you did work in 2009 but don’t want to pay 2009 taxes on it, simply wait to invoice your clients until January 1, 2010. This 2009 income tax relief technique is perfectly legal for self-employed independent contractors as long as you pay taxes on that income in your 2010 tax return.
Self-Employed Independent Contractor Year-End Income Tax Relief Tip #5: Get that root canal before New Year’s. The secret to income tax relief is just like the secret to great comedy…timing. A self-employed independent contractor’s medical expense deduction is limited to 7.5% of the self-employed independent contractor’s adjusted gross income. If you haven’t reached that cap yet, go have those dental procedures or that bit of elective surgery (we’re not just talking about that nose, the swimsuit season will be here again before you know it). As long as you’re under that 7.5% limit, you can get income tax relief from your standard variety medical expense deductions. A little known year-end income tax relief tip – you don’t even have to pay for the medical procedures before January 1, 2010. Just put the medical charges on plastic and pay the minimum balance. As long as you had the procedures in 2009, the deduction is good. If your medical expenses are already over the 7.5% level of your self-employed independent contractor’s adjusted gross income, you should delay breaking your leg until January 1st, 2010.
Self-Employed Independent Contractor Year-End Income Tax Relief Tip #6: Pay your state taxes before the ball drops. As a self-employed independent contractor, one of the best income tax relief strategies is to pay your state estimated tax before December 31st. If you pay by December 31, 2009 you get the deduction (on your federal return) in 2009. You can also charge these expenses on your credit card(s) in 2009 and receive the deduction in 2009, even though you won’t be paying for them until 2010. If you are having issues paying your estimated state taxes, a tax attorney can give you tax help to get the maximum income tax relief possible.
Self-Employed Independent Contractor Year-End Income Tax Relief Tip #7: Make your stock market losses work to your advantage. If your personal portfolio has taken a nose dive, realize your tax losses before New Year’s Eve. Long term capital losses can be used to offset long term capital gains, and up to ,000 of ordinary income, with any remainder carried forward for use in future years. This is about getting income tax relief not whether you made the right investment choices. If you still believe those stocks will go up again, buy them back on January 1st. Keep in mind that some mutual funds can have high capital gains distributions even as they lose money. The best income tax relief advice is to ditch these first because they are hitting you with a double whammy. As a self-employed independent contractor you have access to some of the best retirement accounts out there like a SEP-IRA. To understand which investing should be done as part of a retirement account, and which should be in your personal portfolio and when to take losses for maximum income tax relief, get tax help from an experience CPA or tax attorney.
Self-Employed Independent Contractor Year-End Income Tax Relief Tip #8: Give your personal gifts before Rudolph goes flying. As a self-employed independent contractor, you can give a friend or family member up to K annually before the year end without having to pay gift taxes. (Your spouse can give that same amount to the same individual.) You can also give that same amount to your child’s or grandchild’s tax-free 529 education plan. If you haven’t funded such a plan yet, you can make a single contribution covering five years of gifting. That’s ,000 you can give per donor per recipient tax-free. (Your spouse can match that contribution as well.)
Self-Employed Independent Contractor Year-End Income Tax Relief Tip #9: Give gifts to clients: Gifts to clients are limited to per recipient per year, BUT if the gift has your embossed logo on it and tells about your services, it isn’t a gift, it is an advertising or promotional expense. There is a fine line here, a quick call to a CPA or tax attorney for year-end tax help will help you stay on the right side of the law.
Self-Employed Independent Contractor Year-End Income Tax Relief Tip #10: Take your retirement contribution to the max. Self-employed independent contractors have the best income tax relief vehicle the federal government has ever offered. While individual worker contributions to a simple IRA max out at ,500, if you’re under 50 in 2010 (,000 if you’re over 50), how is this for serious income tax relief, as a self-employed independent contractor you can use SEP-IRAs to contribute 25% of your wages (or up to 20% of your Schedule C income) up to a maximum of ,000. The income tax relief to a self-employed independent contractor are massive. A tax lawyer or CPA an give you the tax help to set up the right retirement vehicle for you.
I know that this is a long list but the income tax relief you can get from just paying attention to the calendar is huge. These 20 self-employed independent contractor tax help tips can make the difference between being a Grinch and having a Happy New Year. Your call.

Finding a UK Job the Right Way
Finding a UK Job the Right Way
Before applying for any UK job, however, a non-British applicant must be aware of certain legal requirements for working and living in any part of the country. As for applicants with British citizenship, the only limitation in looking for jobs can be found in the qualifications set forth by the employers.
The legal requirements depend on the citizenship of the individual. An American citizen must apply for a working visa in the British Embassy located in the area while a European Union citizen can work in the UK without need for a visa or a work permit. There are exceptions to the rule, however, so it is always best to ask the British Embassy for specifics before applying for any UK job.
Sectors of Possible Employment
Just like any developed nation, UK jobs range from menial labor to executive positions that can be filled by both British and non-British citizens with a few exceptions. For example, nanny jobs and clerical positions can only be filled by non-British citizens when sufficient proof can be presented against a British citizen holding said jobs.
There are many possible sectors of employment in the United Kingdom from above ground in agriculture to underground in mining. Agricultural jobs in the UK are highly mechanized and, thus, often require knowledge in the operation of farm equipment as well as skills in modern agriculture techniques. It must be emphasized that the sector only constitutes 1.6 percent of the total labor force with jobs ranging from farm worker to company executives as well as the technical positions.
The manufacturing industry accounts for a bigger share of the UK jobs at 13 percent of employment. Although the sector has declined in importance, it is still a good place to find a well-paying UK job.
The most dominant industry in the UK is the service sector. These include jobs in hotels and restaurants, transport, storage and communication and financial intermediation. It must be noted that London, the capital city of the United Kingdom, is a global hub for various financial services and commerce.
Other industries with high possibility for employment in the United Kingdom include real estate, construction and education. Join job sites, inquire from employers and scan the newspapers for available job openings.
As can be expected, salaries vary according to the position, the company and the geographical area of the UK job being offered. As a general rule, salaries in cities like London are higher than in the rural areas. It should also be noted that employment legislation on maximum working hours, minimum wage and safety regulations are strictly enforced in the country.
When looking at UK jobs, it is essential to determine position qualifications, salary and other requirements before the submission of application letter and resume. Keep in mind that the protocols for filling job positions are similar to other Western countries. More Info: http://www.jobnut.co.uk
